There is a popular forum space for the city where people can post in text, video or voice notes. There is also a phone book that lists everyone in the city for direct messaging.

"As my secretary has been getting numerous applications for the apprenticeship program, I remind all interested parties that the apprentice roles for the upcoming fashion show have been filled for nearly a year already. If you wish to apply for next year's program, applications open the day after the fashion show closes, at 7:59 AM. As always."

"Anyone is welcome to apply for either position so long as they have some basic talent. If you should cause trouble however, you will be removed from the premises and the project. That is all.
