All battles come to an end. Professor Chill and his henchpeople is defeated, the ice giant slain by the brave heroes of purple team. The townspeople led out of the tunnels and due to some extraordinary pun-hacking skills by Kaito the weather machine is de-powered.

Being a magical snowstorm the shutting down of the weather machine causes it to vanish, snow begins to melt and then evaporates into the air before it can become a larger problem in terms of a flood. The temperatures rise, going from dangerously cold to a warm spring day, warm enough that the voidtreckers will soon be too warm all bundled up as they are. The clouds disappear, the sun shines. Within a short period of time the streets are dry, the mountainsides are green and the trees are bright with flowers.

The streets are still a mess, property is damaged and the clean up operation is going to be intense but it doesn't look like there is any lasting ecological damage at least.

The ice labyrinth vanishes and those inside it will find themselves suddenly standing in the field below. For red team, the journey to the top of the mountain took four days in the blizzard but with the weather clear and going downhill they will reach the valley by the end of day eleven.

The army has arrived and mostly taken over gathering the injured and dealing with the more serious damage but there is plenty to do for those who still wish to help. Houses need put back to rights, streets and paths need sweeping of debris.

Help out, find your friends, swap stories. Celebrate a job well done.

Towards mid afternoon of day twelve a beeping from their SCA's should draw everyone's attention. The map leads them to a place just out of sight from the town and there is the Voidtrecker Express. It is time to leave.

Once everyone was found and brought together the mission became one of keeping all the townspeople fed and calm. The townspeople are anxious about their homes and about those who had not made it into the tunnel. The voidtreckers can only trust their friends on the other teams to do their parts.

On the tenth day of the month of domino, four days after they arrived on the planet the ground begins to shake. Though it is faint, anyone near a tunnel leading to outside will hear the echoes of laughter on the wind.

The ground continues to shake, throwing people off their feet and causing the ceiling to start to crumble. Another shake, a crash and the main tunnel leading away from the cavern starts to collapse. The smaller tunnels crumble around them.

Within moments it is pitch black, no light at all. For a few moments there is only a terrible darkness and the cries of townspeople and perhaps voidtreckers. Then everybody’s Safety Control Apparatus begins to glow faintly. Any one who looks at it will see a third symbol next to the information and map ones. Like a small sunburst. If they tap it their SCA will emit a bright light, a flashlight.

With lights once more it will be apparent they are trapped in the cavern. The main tunnel is blocked completely but some of the smaller tunnels have suffered only small cave ins and so it should be possible to clear them and escape.

Keep everyone calm, organise an escape route. Lead the people to safety.

Four days of ice maze, four days of cold, four days of wandering lost, falling into traps and slowly getting closer to the centre of the labyrinth.

There is very little warning in the labyrinth, those nearer the outer walls may see the storm get more intense outside but their first real indication that something is wrong is when the world lurches.

Parts of the maze have moved before, passages opening and closing. But now the whole labyrinth moves, shaking and twisting, spinning in the sky, as if it were trying to shake those inside out. They may be able brace themselves, they may be thrown down passageways, into ice walls.

The whole place seems to get colder. An attempt to freeze them out. The shaking only lasts a few minutes, but it is intense.

But even this attempt at getting rid of them isn’t enough it seems, because those close enough will soon find themselves entering through the last gap in the ice. To the machine room itself. Indeed it might be that they were flung closer by the shaking itself.

It has been a tough four days, constant fighting, snatching sleep when they can. But the town is still standing, albeit buried in snow.

The morning of the tenth day of Domino has been the same as the previous four, terrible weather, monsters throwing snowballs. Cold so heavy it is almost impossible to remember being warm.

But then there is a rumble, the snow itself seems to ripple. Then there is a lurch, as if the ground itself moved. It is strong enough to throw them down into the snow. The ground continues to shake, there is laughter in the storm, swirling around them.

In front of them something starts to rise from the ground, a block of ice, formless at first it rises up to tower above them. Up and up, as high as a house it rises before it seems to shake and ice falls to the ground. Shards of ice, sharp as razors fall down around them like rain.

When it is safe to look up they will see the ice block has form, a humanoid form. Fists like boulders, a giant made entirely of ice.

It steps forward, heading towards the town.

After four gruelling days and nights trecking over a blizzard wrecked mountain range they finally seem to be coming to the point where the SCA is leading them. High up in the mountains, the blizzard is thick and keeping together will be difficult. It is easy to get lost, snowdrifts are high and often seeing past the end of their hand is a challenge.

But as the blizzard swirls it is possible to see three figures on the highest peak. It is hard to see through the storm but as they get closer it is clear that one of the figures at least, can see them.

“Icey you have managed to navigate my storm.” The voice is cold and doesn’t sound surprised at all. Despite the distance and the howling winds it is not hard to hear him, as if the wind was carrying the voice from him to you.

“Snow problem of course, you can’t stop me now.” There’s a rumble, a ripple that seems to move the earth itself, enough to knock them off their feet if they don’t brace themselves.

A moment later from all around them snowmen rise, wielding sharp icicles in both hands they stand between the red team and Professor Chill. Laughter echoes through the storm.

The moment Red team jumps the voice speaks again. “Orange team to doors. Void shift imminent. Ten, nine, eight, seven...” There is a lurch and the train seems to tumble. The windows flash with the void for a second before they are once again surrounded by snow.

The train steadies, the doors open, the train is in mid-air and one step away from the train doors there is an ice platform. Crossing is not too hard, though a bit daunting. They are very high up and the ice is inherently slippy.

The platform is not large enough for them all and so the only natural way is for them to begin entering the labyrinth to allow everyone off the train. The moment the last person leaves the train it blinks away and the moment everyone has entered the labyrinth there is a grinding sound and the ice behind them closes.

For good or ill they have entered. Their goal is clear, a strange machine suspended in the centre of the maze but getting there will be a challenge. Though it looks like they should be able to merely walk towards it walls of ice stand in their way. The only way to stop any of this is to get through the labyrinth.

The doors slam shut, the train moves. Through the snow this time but the shuddering is almost worse that entering the void. "Red team to doors." The visibility out of the window is low but they are moving further up the mountain.

The doors open, allowing red team to jump. The snow here is thick, there is little protection from the howling winds and biting cold.

Their SCA shows a route, following it will, presumably lead them to the gang that caused these problems. Here on the low slopes of the mountain there are some homesteads. Much fewer than in the town itself but cottages and small farm houses. All seem abandoned.

For now there is not much to do but to walk, forge a path through the snow. Fight the snow and ice monsters that attack and do their best to survive as they follow the map towards their goal.

The moment the doors open for purple to jump the train is speaking again. “Blue team to doors. Void shift imminent. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one” The train lurches and shudders as the windows flash the colour of the void for a split second before it shakes again and they are back in that frozen tundra.

The doors open and blue can jump down into a large snowdrift. They are at the foot of an impressive mountain range. Snow swirls around them, the wind hows. Ahead of them, half obscured by snow is a tunnel entrance.

Even getting there is exhausting, wading through the snow. Inside there is no snow but it is cold. The walls and floor shine with ice and the way is treacherous. It is pitch black.

Their task is to find those hiding in the tunnels. Some have formed makeshift camps in large caverns, others have fled into the small tunnels and have gotten themselves lost.

The voidtreckers are lucky to at least have a map on their SCA though it does not show where anybody else it. It is time to start the task of rounding everyone up and making sure they can survive the storm.

"We are now approaching world#58291. Purple team to doors." As the last flurry of activity occurs the voice speaks again. "Warning: Exit from void in ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one." the usual jerk, shudder lurch as the colours from the window turn from the void to a white haze of snow.

The doors open for purple team to alight. It is a scramble down from the train, there is no platform here and the ground below them is a sheet of ice.

They seem to be in a town, ice below them, snow drifts piled high. They can see the mountains in the distance and high above the down there is what seems to be a giant ice block floating in the sky.

But for their more immediate attention there are snow creatures. Snowmen, oddly formed snow animals. Eight foot tall creatures made of ice. Some seem intent on throwing snowballs at cars and the buildings of the town but it is not long before the team are spotted and the creatures make their way to them.

This is their battleground. They may find things they can use as weapons in the town itself and their job is to ensure there is still a town when all of this is over. It’s going to be a hard and very cold few days.

Early Evening

Due to some of the passengers having strange dreams those on the Voidtrecker Express should be expecting something soon and so it is around dinner time on the evening of the fifth day of Domino that everyone's SCA glows with the colour of the void, a holographic message appears with their next mission.

Those going to the dressing car will find the drawers and wardrobes open. Inside are a variety of warm weather clothes, all in team colours. Thick padded winter jackets, waterproof trousers. Hats, gloves, scarves. Thick boots and also a variety of ice skates. There are waterproof covers for a variety of sizes of bags and even some coils of rope.

It seems they are not arriving until the next morning and so they have time to plan as best they can.

Morning: Day Six

No matter if they stayed up late preparing or went to bed early to get some rest before the mission they will wake up the next morning to the morning announcement. "Good morning passengers. Today is day six of the month of Domino. A moment later the voice speaks again. "Our next stop is world#58291. Drop order: Purple, Blue, Red, Orange. Conditions are adverse and so all passengers must be ready to alite swiftly."

There is time for some final preparation.
