Let it Snow: Blue Start
The moment the doors open for purple to jump the train is speaking again. “Blue team to doors. Void shift imminent. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one” The train lurches and shudders as the windows flash the colour of the void for a split second before it shakes again and they are back in that frozen tundra.
The doors open and blue can jump down into a large snowdrift. They are at the foot of an impressive mountain range. Snow swirls around them, the wind hows. Ahead of them, half obscured by snow is a tunnel entrance.
Even getting there is exhausting, wading through the snow. Inside there is no snow but it is cold. The walls and floor shine with ice and the way is treacherous. It is pitch black.
Their task is to find those hiding in the tunnels. Some have formed makeshift camps in large caverns, others have fled into the small tunnels and have gotten themselves lost.
The voidtreckers are lucky to at least have a map on their SCA though it does not show where anybody else it. It is time to start the task of rounding everyone up and making sure they can survive the storm.

It is time for the mission! Romeo is very nervous but he's also ready to go and help all the people that he can! He made sure to go and check on Joss and Elfnein before they arrived and to say goodbye to them. They would see each other again soon but it might be a long time.
The moment the doors open Romeo jumps. He is lucky that he is a shinki, his body can jump lightly and so he doesn't find landing in the snow too hard. He jumps again, towards the tunnel entrance and three big jumps later he is at the entrance. He waits there though and looks back, if anyone needs help getting through the snow he is sure to jump back and help! He isn't going to leave anybody behind!
Tunnels
The tunnels are dark and he pauses, looking around. The watch he is wearing shows a map but not where to find anyone. He stands looking around and then towards any of his team nearby.
"Which way should we go first?"
Splitting up might be a quicker way to find all the people but then they might all get lost. It was a tricky thing to think about but there's lots of smart grown ups on the team and so he's sure they will have thought of a good plan!
Liquid Ice
A few hours in Romeo spots some water. It catches his eye because everything is so cold and frozen. It seems to be moving and he tilts his head. "Look..."
Before he can get any further it darts forward and wraps itself around his food, freezing solid, trapping him to the ground.
"Argh!" He tugs his foot, ice cuts into his skin. "Line!" He fires a borderline down at it, wincing as it slices into his leg. Some ice does chip off though.
drop
Which means Madoka is trying really hard to wrestle through the snow to get to the tunnel, but not making much progress quickly.. please come help her, Romeo..
Re: drop
"Madoka!" It almost hurts to talk, it's so cold! "Take my hand and we'll get to the tunnels together okay!"

Drop
He looked at his teammates “Alright, I heard I might have a bit of trouble because I’m somewhat tech, but I need you guys to cover me if things fall to shit. Marcus held his plasma rifle close as he looked around the area with a light attached to it. “Come on guys, these people need us.”

The people of this valley needed them and so it was important that they worked as a team and helped each other get the job done!
"You got a light sir, that's good because it's really dark!"

Fwump.
Why is Blue team so damned short and jumping into a snowdrift? Ple Two would never allow the indignity of seeming like she needed help, and she struggled out of the snow on her own, brushing herself off. At least the clothes really were wonderfully warm.
"I could really use some kind of proper weapon." A kitchen knife was just too limited.
Icicles
...an aluminum baseball bat was no one's definition of 'proper' either, but even hardened monsters made out of ice were still more brittle. Ple Two had scavenged it, and was leaving things like 'communication' up to people who were good at it.
Despite appearances, she was just making sure those they rescued were safe. That meant using every bit of her superhuman reaction time to track the icicles they'd stumbled into, batting them away with every ounce of strength she could wring out of her too-human, too-skinny body. "Learn... your... lesson!"
drop
But she knows she can't give up. This is no place for a nap, and she needs to do her part for the mission! So when she hears Ple Two speak up, Madoka is already walking up to her.
"Um.. If you want, we could try to look for one together."
Yes, one. Because please don't put any weapon in Madoka's hands, she might cry.

But there's no time to complain at this point. "A hatchet of some kind would be welcome." You know, like, for chopping wood? Repurposed for chopping...
Living things possibly.

Drop: The snow is colder for some reason than when he was enjoying it in the carriage. He looks around to make sure everyone has at least surfaced and will pluck or dig anyone out that hasn't quite made the landing easily. His green eyes scan around and tries to make sure everyone is okay.
"Is everyone alright?"
Ground: "Be cautious." Ignis warns this because obviously this is ice and people can slip and fall. In the blackness, he set flame to a dagger. It didn't do too much but it was a source of light. His first task is to gather those hiding and then make a campsite if one can't be found. There he would do his best to keep the people warm and fed until they could escape.
ground
Although it's still cold down here. And dark. It'd probably be easy to lose each other under those kinds of circumstances, right? Madoka knows she's probably the weakest link in this team, so she doesn't want Ignis to have to worry about her..
It takes a few moments of pondering as others are talking, but then she - carefully so she won't slip! - makes her way over to Ignis. She makes sure he notices her first, so he won't be super startled out of the blue, but once she's sure his gaze has crossed hers Madoka slowly moves to hold the man's hand like she did before when they were going to build a snowman.
"Um, mister Ignis.. I'll stay next to you like this, then you won't have to worry where I am. If that's okay."
no subject
Hearing someone come up beside him, Ignis turned and looked over at Madoka. He was relieved to see she was alright and hers had been the very first face that he'd been looking for. As big as the blue team had gotten now, he still tried to keep his eyes out for the most vulnerable members which to him were Madoka and Romeo.
He's surprised that she takes his hand and holds onto it and can't help but recall how they'd played together in the snow. Obviously the circumstances were very different between then and now, but still. That tiny little hand in his lifted his spirits and he smiled at her though it might be hard to see.
"That is perfectly fine." It went unspoken that the advisor would of course protect her with his life. For now though, he was just going to enjoy her presence and this was one way to take a load off of his mind.

Pre-drop/Drop/Ground
Marcus hadn't met his team leader or in his case his team's Commanding officer(CO) so he wasn't exactly sure what to expect.
Drop
Marcus eyed Ignis and nodded, he had his plasma gun on his back. "I'm fine, Let's go look for the others."
Ground Marcus's light on top of his Plasma rifle joined in the flames on the dagger "I've got your back, Ignis."
no subject
The Blue Team leader hadn't gotten to meet all of his new team members unfortunately. So when a man approached him that he hadn't yet met, Ignis nodded. This wasn't the best time to meet, but it was better than a worse time, such as on the ground. He cared about all of his team members whether they knew it or not and so he had to ask. "Have you had time to complete your preparations?" If not, he had plenty of extras to hand over.
Drop:
He really wanted to ask what the gun was and what it could do. Not that he had any personal interest in guns himself, but his friend Prompto would be. But Ignis being Ignis was polite and asking anyone anything on a personal level was a huge no in his own book. It was reassuring however that he had someone to be there with him. So he could only nod, seeing as Marcus was ready. "Indeed."
Ground:
"Much appreciated." the advisor smiled. As long as his team was fine and stuck together that would be great. As always he would see to their safety before his own and he'd give every last ounce of himself to ensure his team's safety even if it meant sacrificing himself. Tony had rescued him once because of that and it wasn't something he cared to repeat.

Pre-drop
Time was getting close and obviously, that meant he needed to find Ignis. He wore less layers than most, needing the clothes to fit under his armor. It still felt heavy on his shoulders, but that might not have anything to do with the fabric. When he spotted the other man, he was among his team, but that didn't slow Tony down.
"Hey," he said, taking Ignis' hand. To the other members, he gave a distracted wave. The instant Ignis was outside of that particular cluster, Tony turned around and kissed him.
no subject
He should protest maybe that he was busy or more preparation was needed, but nothing came out of his mouth. Instead, that mouth was now being occupied by Tony with their kiss.
The advisor didn't mind the missions, he just minded the long separation without contact. The one mission that had the communication was wonderful. He simply wasn't used to not being with and not fighting alongside his loved ones in order to keep them safe.
As soon as the lovers parted, Ignis smiled. "Well hello to you Mister Stark. Tell me, what brings you over to the Blue Team's spot on the train?"
This was said conversationally, as if he personally had no clue.

Romeo waved at Ignis, whose fire daggers were very helpful for finding him in the dark. "I found more people, sir!"

A little girl with blonde hair and big blue eyes walked up to inspect Ignis so he crouched down to her size after carefully placing the daggers away from the family. "Well hello." he said pleasantly.
Turning to Romeo again, the advisor smiled at this member of his team. "Well done. We'll see them warm and fed in no time."

[Ground]--After a day or two.
Against a nearby wall, swirling portal of Raven's dark-energy appeared. It might not be easy to tell however given the darkness. Hopefully though, she is recognizable enough as she comes through the portal and drops to her knees.

Open Post~
Her arms wrapped around the bright orange jacket as the door opened and a gust of cold air swept through the train. She wasn't accustomed to the cold and the sudden wave of fridge air caught her off guard. Her foot lifted but instead of jumping with the group, Naminé tripped and went tumbling into the snow drift from the train.
It was a good thing that the snow cushioned her fall but it didn't stop the constant clatter of her teeth tapping together.
Abominable Snow-Friends:
Her slender shivering form was perfectly still and her eyes were closed as she focused on the rising fluffs of snow looming in the distance. She could see their short existence, their past, their connections and she gently pulled on those threads, weaving them into something new.
She couldn't focus on too many creatures at once but she found a pack of snow-wolves who'd lost a member in the battle against the town. That was all she needed. It was easy. She interposed herself into the creatures memories, causing a pack of five wolves to turn and face the large ice golem who's gaze locked onto the obvious orange dot in the snow.
Naminé had to focus on her magic but for the moment, she would be protected and the ice golem distracted enough for others to run through.
Cavern:
Her steps would waver from time to time but the bear would gently keep her standing, its cold side making things better and worse as it attempted to keep her standing.
When someone approached Naminé would hold out a hand, her voice shivering and weak as she called out. "Wait. He's my friend." She had once said she wouldn't try and make friends using magic but she had and that knowledge ate away at her resolve. "Please. Don't hurt him. He can help us."
Pre-drop
It was a joke, but she was... not remotely good at telling jokes, so it might be hard to tell.

Abominable Snow-Friends
It was a pretty terrifying sight but Ignis had fought against worse and wasn't about to be intimidated. Summoning his drain lance, he readied it and stood at her side. He had no idea what was going on, but the wolves had turned their attention to the golem itself. And the golem was facing her. His green eyes went from her to the ice creature and back again, but he wouldn't move.
He wasn't leaving her behind or to be the creature's sole source of attention. Looking behind him, he motioned for others to go past it, but there was absolutely no way that the advisor was leaving her to face this alone.

Plucking her out of the snow, he helped dust the snow off until he realized he..probably shouldn't be doing that. "Uh..sorry." he apologized, realizing it wasn't a good idea and she more than likely didn't need his help this much.
